The nearest airport to Balod is Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur, located about 120 km away. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Balod, which takes around 2.5 to 3 hours by road. Once in Balod, local autos or taxis can take you to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Maidan, Ghadi Chowk easily.
BY BUS
Balod has its own railway station with regular train services from major cities like Raipur, Durg, and Rajnandgaon. The journey from Durg to Balod takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. From Balod railway station, you can hire a local auto-rickshaw or taxi to reach Ghadi Chowk, where the Maidan is located.
BY TRAIN
Balod is well connected by road to nearby cities such as Raipur, Durg, and Bhilai through regular bus services. The travel time from Raipur to Balod is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Upon reaching the Balod bus stand, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Maidan at Ghadi Chowk is just a short ride away by local transport.

The event is mainly focused on Prvachan by Dr. Swami Yugal Sharan Ji, along with Arti, Kirtan and Rupadhyana meditation.
The program will be held from 7th Nov till 26th Nov 2025. This 20-day-long program is beneficial for anyone trying to grasp the essence of Sanatan Vedic Dharma from the Upanishads.
The event is open to everyone, and there is no entry fee.
